Alten needed to digitalize its ordering process both for corporate customers with controlled access and for the general public, with an atypical product range that called for a fully customized environment instead of a standard e-shop template.
Our solution
We designed and built a closed B2B system with controlled access, integrated into the internal company infrastructure, as well as an open B2C system available to the general public, with a fully customized environment tailored to the product and detailed management of user roles and access permissions.
Impact
The customer got a fully digitalized ordering process for two distinct customer groups in one solution, including automated order processing and invoicing.
