TechMountain s.r.o.

We are the very first start-up founded at Brno University of Technology (BUT) to be granted startup status by the university's rector. We specialize in custom electronic devices and the control and visualization software behind them, for companies in the fields of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

We don't stop at one-off projects. When we run into a customer problem that has no ready-made solution on the market, we first solve it specifically for them. If we find that the same need comes up at other companies in the same industry, we develop the device further into a product we can offer again and again — with the client's confidential data and processes clearly separated from the reusable know-how. This is how we're gradually building a portfolio of our own solutions you won't find off the shelf.

We divide the types of solutions we offer into two categories:

More complex custom solutions, such as the development and production of a sensor for measuring fuel flow in railway tankers, originally created for ORLEN Unipetrol RPA s.r.o. We prepared a feasibility study including PCB design, experimental data measurement on a tanker valve model, data collection and transmission to a server, IT infrastructure schematic, and a summary of all standards the device must meet for safe operation. We are capable of delivering not only the theoretical design but also small-batch production with full certification.

Simpler solutions are represented by our work for ALTEN s.r.o., for whom we developed a closed B2B e-shop, fully digitalizing their ordering process, as well as by our indoor people-localization system currently in development for PandaCorn s.r.o.
