Hardware and firmware designed together
Electronics and control software need to work as one system. From the start, we consider sensor handling, timing, communication and error behaviour alongside the circuit design. Component choices follow the functions, power requirements and operating environment.
Interfaces depend on who will use the data and how the device will be controlled. Depending on the brief, this may involve a local display, a computer application or remote monitoring. We agree on the integration approach before development starts.
Testing the complete device
During bring-up we check power supplies, communication and individual hardware and firmware functions. Tests follow the agreed requirements. Restart behaviour, interrupted communication and invalid inputs can matter as much as normal operation.
We deliver the agreed electronics and software documentation. Source files, maintenance documentation and follow-up support are defined in the proposal, making it clear how the device can be maintained and developed further.
