What we need to design your board
We first clarify the device functions, board dimensions, power supply and interfaces. Operating conditions, connector placement and mechanical constraints also matter. We can build on an existing schematic or board, or start with circuit design.
Layer count, component placement and routing follow the requirements of the circuit. We consider power distribution, return paths, sensitive signals and manufacturing limits. Design checks help identify problems before the first boards are ordered.
What you receive
We agree on the deliverables before work begins. They typically include schematics, PCB layout, manufacturing files, a bill of materials and assembly documentation. All files need to match the same board revision so that production and later changes remain traceable.
Assembly and prototype bring-up can follow the design stage. Measurements verify the actual behaviour of the circuit and inform revisions. Design checks do not replace testing the complete device in its intended operating conditions.
